Hello. I would like to know if it's possible to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from any restaurant in Epcot. If not, than the Illuminations fireworks will happen on New Year's Eve, correct? Is it possible to watch them from Le Cellier Steakhouse? Tks

    Hi Giulianna,

Hooray for New Year's Eve at the Walt Disney World Resorts! I have been in Magic Kingdom on New Year's Eve and it was a lot of fun. Crowded but fun!

There are a few restaurants you can see Illuminations from at Epcot. Rose & Crown in United Kingdom and La Hacienda de San Angel in Mexico immediately come to mind as they are on the water. You will have request a table on the water to see the show and there is no guarantee. Most restaurants sit back and into the country they reside making viewing of Illuminations difficult. Le Cellier Steakhouse, which mean cellar in French, is tucked under the country and you can not see anything outside from this restaurant.

There will be a special fireworks show at Epcot and you can find out about all of the New Year's Eve activities at the Disney Parks Blog as well as at your Disney resort.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
