Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you are able to have packages shipped to the hotel for pickup. There is a small handling fee, currently $6 per package, which will be charged to your room account when you check out. (I would recommend checking the
Walt Disney World Mail Services for the most current pricing and any policy updates before you arrive.)
Just as important is ensuring your package arrives at the correct address. To view the address for your hotel, head to its Walt Disney World webpage. The hotel address for deliveries will be located on the overview screen, just below the map of the hotel. When addressing your package, be sure to include your name, “Guest,” your Resort hotel, and the dates of your stay, along with the hotel's mailing address.
One more thing to keep in mind: if your Walt Disney World Resort hotel has a
Business Center, packages may be received there. (Business Center parcel handling fees and hours are listed on the Disney World Mail Services page as well.) To find the location of your hotel's Business Center, simply open up your
My Disney Experience app and enter “Business Center” into the search bar. Then select the Business Center associated with your Resort hotel. You'll see an option for walking directions to help you find its location.
