Do you know if Pop Century Resort has cupcakes or anywhere in Downtown Disney that we can get them? Can you tell me if they would be considered a snack credit or a dessert on a quick service meal? Thank you

Hi, Rebecca!  Cupcakes are all the rage right now, and Walt Disney World has certainly responded to people's quest for this popular dessert and snack item.

On my mos recent visit to Pop Century, not only did I find a cupcake, but I found THE cupcake.  It was one of the most cupcake experiences I've ever had!  The "King" cupcake is a combination of some of its namesake's (Elvis Presley) favorite foods.  A chocolate cupcake, this one is topped with peanut butter icing, filled with a banana custard, capped off with candied bacon, and drizzled with chocolate.  And yes, it does count as a snack credit!

You will find cupcakes at many locations throughout Walt Disney World, and in most places, they are offered either as a snack credit or can be purchased as your dessert with a quick service meal.  You just want to double check if you don't see the Disney Dining Plan note in the vicinity.

Good luck on your cupcake quest!
