Ahoy there, Ellen, and welcome back to planDisney! I love that you’re already charting your course for adventure, so I’d be happy to help you with your planning.
While fun is always on the schedule for a Disney Cruise, sometimes the exact theme nights can be hard to pinpoint. Although schedules are always subject to change, it looks like the
Disney Magic will be filled with pirates on Night 4, after your day in Progreso (if you are on the 5-Night Western Caribbean itinerary). You’ll be treated to a special menu at dinner, as well as fireworks at sea (assuming the weather cooperates and Jack Sparrow doesn’t cause too much trouble).
Speaking of dinner, one reason I love 5-night sailings so much is that you get to enjoy each of the
rotational dining restaurants, plus the special theme night menu, and still have an evening to make a reservation at
Palo, the adult-exclusive dining experience. Of course, don’t forget you’re able to order
complimentary room service 24 hours a day as well (including my favorite treat, Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars).
To ensure you have the most up-to-date schedule for everything from activities and showtimes, download the free
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before embarkation day. And if you think of any other questions before you set sail, I hope you’ll visit us here at
planDisney again real soon!
Bon voyage,
Sami
