I know that park tickets expire 14 days after the first use, but is there an expiration on a ticket that has not been used (ex: if I bought today but went to the park in 2017)?

Hi, Bill!  What a great planner you are - and you've got an excellent idea!  You can purchase your Walt Disney World passes in advance.  They don't begin their "shelf life" until the first time you use them.

As long as you don't use the passes, you won't have to worry about them expiring.  As soon as you use them, they expire in 14 days.  You don't have to use them on consecutive days, but they will expire 14 days from your first use, so you'll have to make sure you use all of the days before that expiration time frame.

I know for some families, it's much easier to budget for a future trip by making some of these purchases  in advance.  It makes getting ready for a vacation much less stressful!

I hope your vacation planning is plain old pixie dusted perfect!
