    I know that the OFFICIAL start time for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is 7PM. I have heard that they do allow you to enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 5 PM.....is this true?

    You are correct that the party festivities MNSSHP and MVMCP officially get underway at 7:00 p.m. However, guests with party tickets can enter the Magic Kingdom using only those party tickets as early as 4:00 p.m. If you have tickets for the party, that's all you'll need to get into the MK from 4:00 on. There won't be a need to use any other park admission media.
