Do you know if they offer the wrist bands for pass holders this year for the Garden Rock 2019? I saw an old post but it has not been updated. This was availb last year with out a dining reservation

Hi, Cindy! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

This year's Garden Rocks Concert Series at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival looks like it's going to be even more awesome than before! While last year's Annual Passholders were able to pick up wristbands for reserved seating Monday through Friday without a dining reservation, unfortunately that offer has not been extended to the 2019 Festival. With 20 more days added to this year's Festival calendar, though, Annual Passholders will have lots of opportunities to check out some of their favorite artists as they perform at the America pavilion. Reserved seating is still available when you book a Garden Rocks Dining Package, though, and (as an Annual Passholder), you can save 10 percent! Bring a few friends, because your discount applies to you and up to three Guests.

There are a few new bonuses for this year's Passholders, too, including TWO magnets (featuring Pluto and Daisy) as well as limited-edition pins, t-shirts and Tervis cups. Check out this Disney Parks Blog post for a list of the special merchandise available at the Festival.

My family and I are heading to the Festival during Spring Break this year, and I'm so excited to see my favorite topiaries and try out some of the new outdoor kitchen offerings (especially the vegan and vegetarian options at Trowel & Trellis). I hope you get to check out some of the awesomeness, too!
