I know we need to check the Times Guide when we get to a park, but how do we get the basic times of parades and special character meet and greet times when planning our trip? We need to know for the week of 2/11-2/17 to WDW. Thank you, Debbie

Hello! Thank you for visiting the panel. The official Walt Disney World website will provide you with the times for parades and nighttime presentations, and you're right - always check the times guide upon entering the park to note any changes. Unfortunately, if character meet and greet times are available in advance, I've never been able to find them.

To use the website for your planning, go to www.WaltDisneyWorld.com and select the theme park you want to check  from the menu at the top of the page.  On the new page, select Calendar from the menu on the left.  From the drop-down menu, choose the month you need to view, like February for you.  When the calendar appears, the daily park hours and any Extra Magic hours will be listed.  To view the parade and nighttime event schedule, simply click on the numeral of the date you are interested in attending.  All of the magic is at your fingertips.  Happy planning!
