I would like to know if mini tripod ( Fotopro UFO2 to be specific) is allowed in Disney World. We will be visiting in April and would love to take a lot of pictures. Thank you for your time.

    Hi Eric,

Are you ever in for a treat! If you love taking lots of pictures, you're visiting at a perfect time of the year! With the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom during your trip, there will be GOBS of gorgeous photo opportunities!

I'm happy to let you know that the park rules do not prohibit small tripods, only large ones. It looks like the tripod that you're looking at bringing is small enough to fit in a backpack and should be fine to bring. Just note that while you're free to take photos for your own personal enjoyment, any type of commercial photography or videotaping is prohibited. And don't forget, if you'd like to have some photos with your entire party IN the picture, Disney PhotoPass photographers are always available and happy to take some shots for you.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Eric, and please stop by and see us again if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation and enjoy all of your beautiful photos and memories for years to come!
