I would like to know how I get Military discount tickets My husband is retired Navy and I would like to get these tickets and take my Grandaughters To Disneyland this summer. My husband will not be going Can I show his DD 214?

    Hi there Faye,

Thank you for writing us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day!

Military Veterans can purchase discounted Disney Theme Park Tickets at their local participating U.S. Military sales outlets so long as they have base access and can provide proof of service (i.e. DD214). However, only active or retired members of the U.S. Military may purchase the Military Promotional 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets, which are even further discounted, at either a local participating U.S. Military sales outlet or at a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. I highly recommend contacting the nearest U.S. Military sales outlet to confirm what is offered and required.

For the Military Promotional 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets, here is what the site says: “"Eligible Service Members" are active & retired members of the U.S. Military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard. Participating military sales outlets must require that Eligible Service Members (or their spouses) present valid military identification to purchase Disney Military Promotional Tickets.”

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
