Seasons greetings, Francisco.
Do you hear those sleigh bells jingling? It’s the sound of Santa Claus gearing up to make the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort the most merriest of all this year. You’d better get ready, because no one decks the halls quite like Disney!
Francisco, you’ll be happy to know that you will indeed have the opportunity to view both
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and
Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration on December 31st. Currently, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. noon and 3:00 p.m., while Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration is scheduled to perform at 7:45 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. Hooray! Keep in mind entertainment offerings are subject to change at any time, so it’s best to check the
Park Hours webpage for Magic Kingdom Park online the morning of December 31st to make sure these festive offerings are still scheduled to perform that day.
If so, I suggest finding a viewing spot extra early so you can see all of the magic up close. In my experience, Frontierland tends to be less crowded for viewing Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, so you might consider snagging a spot there. Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration takes place on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage, so any spot with a close-up view of Cinderella Castle will do. Perhaps you can find a spot to view the 6:30 p.m. showing of the Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks, then stay to save your spot for the 7:45 p.m. performance of Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration.
I hope this information helps, Francisco. Enjoy your holly jolly Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and let us know if we can answer any other questions that pop up along the way.
Merry planning,
Alyssa
