Hello, I would like to know if the Merry Holiday parade is a separate event? If purchasing tickets through the website can you still see the event? The website says sold out so I would like to know if we would still be able to attend the event. Thank you

Hi Sharon! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

There are no specially ticketed events during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. While Walt Disney World Resort has a parade that runs during its Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, a specially ticketed event that can sell out on popular days, Disneyland Resort's holiday park entertainment doesn't require a separate ticket. If you have an admission ticket and a theme park reservation for your preferred park and day, you can enjoy all the festivities, including A Christmas Fantasy Parade, which winds through Disneyland Park. I hope that is good news!

I checked for you, and currently, Disneyland Park is available for your preferred park day. However, that could change quickly. This is a popular time to visit, so I suggest you purchase your tickets and select your park day, confirming a reservation during the purchase, as soon as possible. Theme park reservation availability is not guaranteed.

Check the Daily Events Schedule for details on parade times, other entertainment, fireworks, and more. These details are subject to change, but it is a good way to begin planning the magical experiences you don't want to miss! The parade is on our must-see list for our upcoming merry visit as well, and you'll find it listed on the schedule for different times.

We also want to enjoy the overlays on select Attractions and tasty menu items that celebrate the season. If you want to pick out some festive snacks and treats ahead of your visit, check out the Disney Eats' Foodie Guide for the season. They're the official food and beverage news source for the parks, so they always have the yummy information you need.

    Have the merriest time!
