Rhonda, when I last reserved a stay at a
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, I, too, was having trouble linking my reservation to
My Disney Experience account. I learned that sometimes the confirmation numbers assigned are specific to the Good Neighbor property and not Walt Disney World’s confirmation number. But don’t panic, as the Disney-provided confirmation number for your reservation should still be available for you to link in the email you received. It could also be in the attachment of the email. If you have tried that already, I recommend you
call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help take care of you!
As soon as you’re able to, please do be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations, as those are required along with your tickets to enter the parks.
