    I want to know how to link my account to my family/friends members who are traveling to Disneyworld next spring.

    Hi there, Sandra, and welcome to planDisney!

    Thanks for submitting your question to us and I'm excited to see that you have a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort scheduled for next spring! I'm a California native like yourself and I consider the Disneyland Resort my home Park but I get absolute giddy with happiness when I think about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! There's just something special about traveling there and being in such a big "Disney bubble."

    Thankfully, Disney makes it really easy for you to connect with your traveling party with the Family & Friends List. There are two ways for you to get linked up with the others in your group:

    1. In the My Disney Experience App, go to the "☰" Features Menu, then scroll down and select "Profile." Under the My Profile tab, select "Show My Linking Code." This will bring up a unique linking code that you may show to the others in your group to be added to their list. They'll scan your code using their My Disney Experience App. The code is good for 30 minutes once generated. Alternatively, they may also manually enter your code (have them follow the prompts to Add a Guest, then Scan a code and you'll see the option to Manually Enter a Code). 
    2. From the Walt Disney World Resort website, reveal the pull-down menu under "My Disney Experience" and have your family select "My Family & Friends." Click on "Add a Guest" and they will be prompted to enter your information to Search for you (you must set your profile to searchable first). 

    And that's all there is to it! Once you are linked with your group, you'll all be able to link reservations, tickets, and purchases to each other. It makes navigating around so much more convenient! To plus your trip even more, you can order a MagicBand or MagicBand+ to be delivered to your residence before your trip (only MagicBand+ is supported at the Disneyland Resort at this time).
