Hey there, hi there, May! Thank you for hopping in with your question.
Walt Disney World used to release park hours pretty far in advance, and it was not uncommon to see hours released six months or more ahead. That was also a time when
dining reservations were available that far in advance as well, so it was important for planning to have the information that far in advance. As we know, Covid-19 has changed many things, and this is just one example of things that have changed at Walt Disney World.
As of today, the
calendar for November has not yet been released, so I can't help you just yet with the hours for the week you are going to be on vacation. Believe me, as a planner by nature, I know that can be a bit frustrating. What I can tell you is the
calendar for the month of October shows hours through the 15th of the month, so November's hours can't be too far away!
What you can start doing now is booking
theme park reservations. Even though you don't have theme park hours, it's not a bad idea to lock in some days if you know you are certain of where you want to be. Thanksgiving Day itself is usually a pretty busy park day, so if you're hoping to do a dining reservation inside a park that day, you may want to book the park now so you don't run the risk of it not being available later.
This far in advance, I also like to browse dining options, and also look at the calendar to see if I can see trends - like
Disney's Animal Kingdom is usually a park that closes earlier than the other parks. I might plan to make that the park I do on a day when I have plans outside of a park.
My fingers are crossed these dates open up soon, May!
