    How do I know my hotel and park reservations are "linked" to our new Disney Wrist/Magic watchbands?

    Hi there Denise!  Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh boy!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here!  I'm sure you want to double-check your plans are in order so you'll be all set and ready to dive into the magic of the 50th Anniversary Celebration.

    The tool that connects all your plans and reservations is My Disney Experience.  If your hotel and park reservations are linked to your account, and your MagicBands are also linked to your account, then everything will work "Harmonious-ly" together.  If you ordered customized MagicBands associated with your resort stay through My Disney Experience, they are already linked to the profiles of the Guests on your reservation.  If you ordered retail MagicBands from shopDisney or purchased them elsewhere, you'll need to link each MagicBand to each Guest using the ID numbers found on the underside of the band.

    So let's have you take a look at your My Disney Experience account to be sure everything is set.  On the My Disney Experience website, use the drop-down menu at the top of the page to go to "My Plans".  Scroll down a bit to see your daily itinerary with resort hotel reservations, dining reservations, and Disney Park Pass reservations.  Now use the menu to go to "My MagicBands and Cards".  You'll be able to click on each Guest's name to see their active MagicBands.  If everything looks good, you are all set!  If you prefer to use the My Disney Experience mobile app, you'll find your reservations by using the menu button to go to "Future Plans", and your MagicBands will be under "My Profile".

    Your MagicBands are reusable, so if you plan another Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the future, any new hotel reservations and tickets you link to your account will work seamlessly with any and all MagicBands already linked to your account.  Just like...magic!
