    I know that gratuities are added into the bill for parties of 6 or more, but what if we do not feel the service was worth this amount. We had this happen a couple of years ago at Rain Forest Cafe. Thanks

    I'm so sorry you had an unpleasant experience.

    In the unlikely case where you feel you have have received substandard service at WDW, you should always ask to speak with a manager or supervisor about your problem. Ideally you should do this during your meal, rather than after it is complete, so that the restaurant can try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you still feel like there is a problem, then the restaurant manager does have the discretion to alter your gratuity bill.
