Do you know of any gluten free foods in Disney world?

    Hi Melissa!

On vacation, the last thing you want to stress about is where you can get something to eat that won't make you feel icky, but you're in luck!  The Walt Disney World Resort is amazingly accommodating to guests with special dietary needs.  Most of the chefs, table-service restaurants, and quick-service locations at the Walt Disney World Resort can accommodate a wide range of special diets, including gluten-free diets!

Along with gluten or wheat allergies, guests with allergies to eggs, fish, milk or lactose, peanuts and tree nuts, shellfish, soy, and corn can usually be accommodated.  Many restaurants even have allergy-friendly menus to give you a wide variety of selections and may be able to accommodate other requests like low-fat, low-sodium, no-sugar-added, and even vegetarian options without advanced notice!

When you arrive at a restaurant, let your server know about your individual needs.  You can also speak to a chef or Cast Member specializing in special diets if you would like.  If you have four or more allergies or other concerns regarding food like metabolic disorders that may need extra attention, please contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com after booking your reservation and at least 14 days before your arrival.

With all of the amazing dining options at the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm sure you and your entire party will find something that satisfies all of your needs!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
