Welcome back to planDisney! I am glad that my fellow panelists have been able to help answer your questions and now it's my turn! Walt Disney World's Free Dining promotion was extremely popular with guests of all ages. Being able to enjoy the fabulous cuisines available in both the parks and resorts without having to worry about crunching the numbers, makes every meal more delicious! My family and I have enjoyed the Free Dining Promotion several times, and while we miss not being able to book it this year, like you, we hope to see it return for 2021!
Antoinette, I looked back at the Free Dining Promotion that was released for 2019 to give you the most current list of excluded resorts. According to the
Disney Parks Blog, most of the Villa resorts were included with few exceptions. The Bungalows at
Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, The Cabins at
Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, all three bedroom Grand Villas,
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and
Disney's Art of Animation Resort--Little Mermaid Rooms were all excluded from the Free Dining Promotion. All other Villa resorts were eligible for the promotion, and guests booking these resorts would receive the Disney Dining Plan.
