I would like to know if there is firewood for sale at FW campground. I am getting conflicting answerss. If so, how much for what quantity?

Hi Cathy! Yes, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground does sell firewood. You can pick some up at the front desk when you check-in. I spoke with a lovely Cast Member at the Resort, and she said at this time, you can purchase a half bin of wood for $25 or a full bin for $50. Please note that you will need to bring your own fire pit, which must be constructed with solid metal sides and have a screen cover to prevent embers from floating.

During your stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, be sure to gather around the campfire at Chip n' Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long for songs and fun, and then watch a classic Disney movie under the Stars. I don’t know about your family, but if we are at a campfire, my daughters insist on making s’mores. You can also purchase a kit for roasting marshmallows or making s’mores while at the campfire at a nearby stand.

I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort! Please let me know if you have any further questions.
