Hello Ashley,
On behalf of all the good citizens of Main Street, U.S.A., it is my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
One of my favorite moments of a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is walking under the
Walt Disney World Railroad bridge onto Main Street, U.S.A. The smell of popcorn, the sound of nostalgic music and the friendly greetings of Cast Members immediately immerse Guests into a bygone era and straight into a world of magic. I’m getting all verklempt just thinking about it.
Ashley, the operating hours of each
Guest Relations location are based on the operating hours of its park or other location. So, the earliest Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom Park would open depends on the
operating hours of the Magic Kingdom on the day of your visit.
Ashley, there are two Guest Relations locations at the Magic Kingdom. The first is the Guest Relations window outside the park entry, which opens one hour prior to park opening. This location primarily handles ticketing services but can also accommodate a variety of other Guest Services. The Guest Relations location in the lobby of City Hall opens at park opening. This location is best for Guest Services such as specific accessibility needs or lost and found. If you are a Guest at one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels and taking advantage of the
Early Theme Park Entry, both Guest Relations locations are open during that time.
Once you have visited the helpful Cast Members at Guest Relations, might I suggest that you visit to meet the most famous resident of Main Street, U.S.A., Mickey Mouse? When you
Meet Mickey at Town Square Theater first thing in the morning, you are sure to have a really swell day!
Thanks again for stopping by with your question, Ashley. It has been an honor to welcome you and answer your question! Please write back if you have other questions; we are always happy to help.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
