Do you know of any Disney Restaurant that is "Corn Free" including the by products, corn syrups, high fructose corn syrup, corn starch. Been recently diagnosed with a corn allergy. Now I need to evaluate all food/menus. Best to contact Chefs?

Hi Sarah! I think you'll find that the restaurants at Walt Disney World are more accommodating of food allergies than anywhere else you'll visit! Disney has a department dedicated to assisting guests with food allergies and intolerances. You'll find lots of helpful information on the Special Dietary Requests page of the Disney website.

The restaurants at Walt Disney World frequently deal with guests with corn allergies so you don't need to contact the chefs in advance. Just note your corn allergy when you make your dining reservations. When you arrive at each table-service restaurant, you should make sure they're aware of your allergy and ask to speak with a chef who can tell you which items on the menu or buffet are safe for you.  The chefs will make sure your meal is prepared separately to prevent cross-contamination if necessary, and if menu items don't meet your dietary requirements, they'll prepare a meal for you that does. Also, at quick-service restaurants, you can ask to the see the ingredient lists of the menu items so you can choose dishes free of corn.
