I would like to know if there is a differnce in price for any of the meal plans. I have a very picky 3 yr old and I would also like to know if I could just share meals with him as well on the meal plans if needed?

    Hi Nicole,

There are price differences among the meal plans. The quick service plan costs less than the basic plan, which costs less than the deluxe plan. There are also different price points for children and adults, as well as seasonal pricing.

A good resource for you is the independent website disneyfoodblog.com. At the top of the page, click on the tab that says "Disney Dining Plan." Then, click on the info pages for each type of plan to see detailed pricing information.

All members of your party over the age of two (which would include your 3 year old) must be on the same version of the dining plan. For example, if you get the quick service plan, your child must also. Of course, if your child likes something on your plate, you are welcome to give something to him or her. But you can't do this as a means of avoiding buying the plan for your child.

There are menus and reviews of almost all the Disney restaurants on allears.net and disneyfoodblog.com. Take a look and see what's available. Based on your individual preferences, the dining plan may or may not make sense for you. In general, guests who are not-picky and who are big eaters have more success with the dining plan than guests who are fussy or who have small appetites.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have more questions.
