I know how to "deactivate" a MagicBand from the list on My Disney Experience, but how do I delete an old band from that list?

Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sean!

If you’re anything like me, your list of MagicBands & Cards might be a little too long. (Since I also manage my daughter’s My Disney Experience account and her MagicBands, I have dozens of MagicBands listed on my account.) While you can easily tell which MagicBands & Cards are active and which are inactive, unfortunately there isn’t currently a way to permanently delete on from your account. If you call the My Disney Experience helpline, however, a helpful Cast Member can do it for you.

Did you know you can have multiple MagicBands simultaneously connected to your account? My daughter and I like to coordinate our outfits with our MagicBands during our Walt Disney World Resort vacations, and we love purchasing the limited edition ones that are released throughout the year. As a matter of fact, I just purchased a new one at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival yesterday!

I hope you’re able to get your list sorted out quickly, Sean. If there’s anything else we can do to help with your My Disney Experience account or any other Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
