I know ddp cs comes with entree & dessert. But at be our guest can you get an entree and a soup instead of dessert since the soup is in the same price range? I saw soup can count as a snack but can it count as your dessert with the meal? Thank u.

Hi Lacy, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love the convenience of the Disney Dining Plan, which offers each Guest in your party one Table-Service Meal, one Quick-Service Meal, and one snack credit per night of your stay. Each Table- and Quick-service Meal gives you the ability to order an entrée, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage. I am sorry to share this with you, but substitutions are not allowed on any of the dining plans. You can purchase any additional item separately if it does not come with the type of dining plan you have. I love the potato leek soup at Be Our Guest Restaurant and just can't have a meal there without it!

That said, you can always ask the Cast Member if they could possibly allow you to substitute. It never hurts to ask nicely, because you never know what could happen with individual Cast Members! You could also order a dessert to-go and share it with a member of your family later. I have enjoyed all of the cupcakes at Be Our Guest Restaurant and they are my favorite desserts in all of Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope you have a great meal at Be Our Guest, Lacy! Please let us know you if you have any further questions about your trip.
