I would like to know if my 60 days ahead starts tomorrow to book extras, will I be able to book for the whole week we are there?

Greetings, Julia, and welcome to planDisney! You're among fellow planners here, so I'd love to discuss advance dining reservations for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit. Food is the language of magic!

Dining reservations at most restaurants open 60 days in advance. I just checked, and the calendar is open for June 6. Anyone can make dining plans for June 6, but guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels can make reservations for the length of their stay, up to ten days, when that window opens. So, if you're a resort guest, you should be able to book dining and other experiences for your stay.

Be sure to try the brand-new feature that allows you to search for reservations within a specified date range. In the past, guests would have to search for times for one day only; now, you can check for availability over a few days by tapping a start and end date on the calendar. And if a particular restaurant doesn't have availability, keep checking! While waiting at a red light, I snagged a Beaches & Cream Soda Shop reservation on my mobile app.

You can also begin booking Enchanting Extras 60 days in advance. My husband and I galloped into the sunset on our last visit when we experienced Horseback Riding at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. There are so many unique experiences to try!

Julia, I'm waving my magic wand that you book some delectable dining for your visit in June. Please stop by planDisney with any questions. We planners have to stick together!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
