Hello Shannon! Welcome to planDisney!
If you're planning on visiting
Walt Disney World Resort this fall, even for just one day, you're going to have such a magical time! I never feel like there's enough time to explore all that the Resort has to offer, but I would also never turn down any chance I have to get there! Did you know that this year is the
50th Anniversary of The Most Magical Place on Earth? Take some time to look for the "Fab 50" golden statues that were made just for this celebration and scattered all around the Parks. You might also look out for the new
EARidescent treats available at this time! One of my favorite things to do at the Parks is find the latest and greatest treats, and some of these limited-time options, like the EARidescent Croissant Doughnut and The 50th Anniversary Peanut Butter-Banana Pie are calling my name!
When searching for
Theme Park Tickets, I know there are a lot of options and things can get overwhelming. While I would love to be able to give you an easy answer, I'm afraid you'll have to do some digging on your own, though I'll light the path for you to get there!
Before you even head to the Walt Disney World website, decide if you're planning on spending all day in just one Park or if you want to "hop" to another Park or two (or even three!) later in the day. When you're ready to purchase, head to the
Theme Park Tickets section of the site and click "continue" in the box that says "Standard Theme Park Ticket." On the next page, you'll be prompted to check out
Park Pass Reservation availability for the day you want to spend in the Parks. Now, all Guests need both valid Park admission and a Park Pass Reservation in order to enter their first Park of the day.
Once you've confirmed that there is availability for the Park you want to visit that day, select the number of days you would like your ticket for and then scroll down and click "1 Park Per Day" or "
Park Hopper Option" You can even choose to add on
Water Park fun to your ticket! After selecting your Ticket type, proceed to the calendar below and click the date of your visit. Because prices vary depending on the time of year, and even the day of your visit, your best bet is to look through this calendar to find the price of your 1-day Theme Park Ticket. Keep scrolling down to add the number of tickets you want in total, and your subtotal with tax will show up at the bottom.
I hope you're able to navigate your way through the website Shannon, but if you have any trouble please feel free to call the "New Tickets" line and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-7679.
