I know children under 3 don't need a dining plan, but can they share a meal even at a buffet like Chef Mickey's? My 2 yr old won't eat enough to pay $17 for a child's plate.

    Hello Tami,

Some of the best moments I have had at Walt Disney World are when my children were younger. Watching their faces as they meet their favorite Disney characters, or riding many of the nostalgic rides for the first time, at Walt Disney World, will forever hold special places in my heart.

Guest under the age of 3 years old, are able to dine from their parent's plates, even at table service restaurants that are buffets, such as Chef Mickey's. Make sure, when making advance dining reservations, you include your child in the reservation. This simply allows you plenty of seats, for all dining. However, if your child is not keen on your food selection, parents are able to order and pay for a meal for their child, as an option.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and enjoy your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
