    I know I can charge gratuities when we are using the DDP by putting charging privileges on room keys. However, is the gratuity amount the amount you pay listed on bill what you pay, or can you pay more/less based on service, and can you pay with cash?

    Hi Colleen! Thanks for the great questions! It can certainly get confusing. You can indeed charge gratuities to your room charge, or pay by cash or credit card. Parties of six guests or more will have an automatic gratuity of 18% added to their bill. If you are five guests or less, your bill will include suggested gratuity amounts. These are only recommendations, as the final amount is up to you.
