I know that we can carry in coolers of a certain size for snacks, but can we pack our own lunch and drinks instead of going to the restaurants inside the theme parks? Also, can we carry our purses on rides instead of leaving it in the stroller?

    Hi Shing,

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! With your vacation coming up so soon, you must be getting super excited!

Yes! You are absolutely able to bring in your own snacks, meals, and drinks! There are a few restrictions, like no glass bottles, alcohol, food that needs to be heated, or coolers over 24" x 15" x 18", but otherwise you may feel free to bring whatever you need for the day. My family loves to bring some snacks and water bottles with us, but there are certainly some snacks that we love to still purchase once we're there. Anything Mickey shaped is always a hit, and we also love getting the refillable popcorn bucket. After your initial purchase, you're able to refill it for a small fee ($1.50 on my last trip) as many times as you'd like for the entire length of your vacation! It's a delicious treat and a great value! That's a win-win purchase in my book!

And more great news...yes, you are able to bring small purses or bags with you on the attractions as well. You'll simply hold them on your lap, place them at your feet, or store them in a designated space on the attraction. Strollers are great places to leave diaper bags, sweatshirts, and extra gear that you need for the day, but I'd be sure to keep any valuables with you.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as your planning your trip, Shing. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
