I know that we have to buy the MNSS party ticket on top of our park tickets (Non-Park Hopper tickets), but I wanted to know if we wanted to go to, lets say Epcot, that same day as the party, can we still get in to Magic Kingdom when the party starts?

Hi, Aaron! Yes, you will be able to visit Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom before Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, even without the Park Hopper option on your tickets. Since the party is a hard-ticketed event (separate admission, as you noted), it doesn't require the Park Hopper for admission. The Halloween Party is my family's absolute favorite special event, and I know you will love it, too. We love Happy HalloWishes! It is the holiday-themed fireworks presentation that you can only see on party nights. Mickey's Boo-To-You Parade is not-to-be missed, either. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
