    Hi, I would like to know if can buy a Dining Plan even If I will stay in a hotel outside the Disney resorts. Another question is: How many times I can return at the Disney parks in the same day?

    Hi Lilian! The Disney Dining Plan is for guests of Disney Resorts only, so you won't be able to purchase it if you are staying off Disney property. Your theme park ticket is for the entire day, the entire time the park is open. You can leave and come back as many times as need be. Note that though, in busy times, such as Christmas and Easter for example, the parks may fill up, and you would not be able to return if the park is full to capacity.
