We know that we are booking very late (March 19th - 26th) and we are having a hard time trying to find a hotel on grounds that is not going to break our account. Would prefer to at least stay at a moderate hotel if able. Suggestions ?

    Kelly,

So I just did a search, and I found several great options that are still available for your dates. I looked for a family of 4, so perhaps your needs are different, but likely these will be good places to search for your home in the magic!

I found rooms available in the following resorts

That is 2 deluxe, 5 moderate, and 3 value resorts. How did I find these? Easy. Here are the steps you can follow

    1. When you are on the home page for the Walt Disney World website, enter your dates and party information, and click return
    2. All the resorts with availability during that stretch of time will show up at the top of that page, showing you the cost per night of their most affordable option
    3. When you click through to a resort, you will be on the room options page where select your package type (Room Only, Package, or any special offers that may exist), and then your room type

As to what resort you should choose, that is really based on what your budget will allow, and what you want to do on your vacation. I have trips where I want to stay at a deluxe resort, and others where value is a better choice, especially if the resort location within the Walt Disney World property is better matched to my plans. On my last three trips I stayed at a moderate, then a deluxe, then at a value. In all three cases they were the best choice for me and my family.

    BRILLIANT DOUG IDEA!
OK, so here is the great idea. Please write me back with more information about your traveling party, where and how you think you will be spending most of your time, and any other information that might help me know your vacation needs better. When I get that information, I would be glad to make a recommendation on where to stay for each class of resort. Then you can compare each option to your budget, and you will be on your way!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
