Do you know anything about the "Behind the Seeds" tour in Living with the Land @ Epcot. Is it something that you need to reserve ahead of time or can you just purchase tickets on the spot?

    Hi Karen!

The "Behind the Seeds" tour at Epcot is one of our family's favorites! Even our kids loved looking behind the ride and seeing how the plants where grown and learn about hydroponic plants!

At the busiest time of the year, you will need to plan in advance and reserve your spot ahead of time. Reservations can be made by calling: 407-WDW-TOUR.

However, during most times of the year same-day reservations are available. Since the tour is offered multiple times each day, you'll often be able to stop by the Land Pavilion near Soarin' and sign up for the tour. You'll be assigned a tour time, and can enjoy the rest of Epcot until then.

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour, and at times (in the summer) the greenhouse can get pretty warm. I'd recommend bringing a water bottle or another refreshment with you, as you may get thirsty. The tour is completely on foot, but along the way there are also rest spots if you have someone who will need to sit every so often.

Hope you have a fun time on the tour!
