    What kind of transportation takes you from the "value" resorts to the Magic Kingdom? We are looking to plan a vacation for 5 children ranging from ages 2-9. Is it better to pay the extra money and stay in a "delux" resort closer to MK

    Thanks for the question Amanda. The only Disney transportation from the value resorts is the bus system. It will take approximately 25 minutes to get from Pop Century or any of the All Star Resorts to the Magic Kingdom by bus. If convenience to the Magic Kingdom is what you're looking for, then you can't beat the Contemporary Resort. From here, you can either hop on the monorail for a quick ride, or it's even a short stroll. The other monorail resorts, the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian, are also a quick monorail ride, although you are not able to walk it. The Wilderness Lodge is a relaxing boat ride or a 15 minute bus ride to the Magic Kingdom. You might also want to consider the Cabins at the Fort Wilderness Resort, where you enjoy your own cabin with all the amenities, and are a 15 minute boat ride to the park.
