What kind of food is served at Akershus in Epcot for breakfast? I have picky child who only likes waffles, pancakes and fresh fruit but wants to dine with the princess. Any suggestions?

If you visit the Walt Disney World website's page for this restaurant,  you can now see full menus for lunch and dinner, but sadly not for breakfast anymore. For breakfast at Restaurant Akershus, you get a family-shared platter of American standards, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, breads, and a potato casserole.

While you don't see waffles and pancakes, I think it is a breakfast that most kids who want American standards will be happy with.

I am glad to handle any follow-up questions!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
