Rise and shine, Janell! Thanks for bringing this well-brewed question to planDisney. We love our morning caffeine around here, so let's look at the coffee setup during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit.
I'm slightly jealous of your stay in a Treehouse Villa at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Spending time in a canopy of leaves sounds like a dream come true! I love these villas' rustic and woodsy decor, and you'll enjoy all the comforts of home...including coffee!
I chatted with a java-loving Cast Member who said you'll find a 12-cup drip-style coffee maker in your villa stocked with several Joffrey's coffee "pods" for your convenience. These pre-measured pods combine delicious coffee tucked into a filter. You'll initially find several pods, and feel free to ask
housekeeping for more.
The Cast Member added that many Disney Resort hotels offer dark roast coffee on request, and you can see if a Keurig coffee maker is available for you to use while you're there. You can ask about coffee-maker options at the front desk when you arrive, and while nothing is guaranteed, I'm hoping you can set up your favorite coffee corner!
If you're a bit choosy about your morning coffee, like me, feel free to bring your preferred brand of coffee and flat-bottom standard filters. Or better yet, have
groceries delivered to your resort! My pal Brent offers details on how to do that;
I love his advice about ordering essentials since you're so close to all the fabulous dining options at
Disney Springs!
Speaking of coffee, I hope you try the
PB&J Latte when you visit the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. This refreshing blend of espresso, peanut butter syrup, and raspberry syrups is available at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company near Disney Traders. Ask for the "spirited" version for a grown-up kick!
Janell, I'm wishing on a piping-hot coffee mug that you have a fabulous visit! Please stop by
planDisney anytime. We're always brewing up good advice!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
