What kind of coffee makers are used in the Konami villas

Jambo, Karen, and welcome to planDisney, where the coffee is always strong and hot! You'll be arriving soon for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a fabulous home away from home. Let's make sure you can start your days caffeinated and happy while you're living among the wildlife.

One of my pals recently stayed in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, and he said his room had both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig machine. Keep in mind that specific appliances can vary from room to room, and you can always request a different type of coffee maker. While there's no guarantee Housekeeping can offer alternatives, I've found that resorts do their best to accommodate requests.

The best news is that coffee and condiments are provided, and you can always request additional supplies. I've found that most resorts offer Joffrey's coffee in the rooms, and you can even ask about dark roast and other options; you never know what they'll have on hand!

I've become somewhat selective about my java, so I sometimes place a grocery order with a local store like Publix. Many locations will deliver to your Disney Resort Hotel, and Bell Services will hold your items until you can pick them up. They'll even take your order to your room for a small fee. That's living the fancy safari life!

When I stayed at this resort a few weeks ago, I had a fabulous meal at Jiko - The Cooking Place. The atmosphere has an authentic African vibe, and the service was fit for a king...of the jungle! I highly recommend the Roasted Seasonal Fish; it was a delicious salmon dish when I was there.

Karen, I hope you enjoy your stay at Kidani Village! Keep an eye out for the playful zebras and giraffes. I watched them every morning from my balcony as I sipped my cuppa joe. Please stop by planDisney anytime! Kwa herini!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
