Hi, Rochelle!
It's wonderful to hear back from you! I'm so happy that your daughter is excited about dining at Be Our Guest! I think she will really love the experience of being immersed in a fairytale setting inside Beast's Castle! I would recommend lunch (quick service) rather than dinner (table service) at Be Our Guest simply because the Rose Room frequently is not open during dinner and I don't want your daughter to be disappointed! If you line up by 10:30 on the bridge leading to Beast's Castle, the wait should not be too bad for lunch, as the queue moves fairly quickly.
You've lined up some fantastic dining experiences! I'm a big fan of Tusker House and I love the outstanding buffet and themed decor. Cinderella's Royal Table is of course at the top of any princess fan's must-do list! It truly is a magical experience! I personally think Chef Mickey's is one of the best character dining options at Walt Disney World Resort. Lunch is not served at Chef Mickey's so your options here are breakfast or dinner. Coral Reef is a very unique restaurant -- it's fascinating to watch the fish, sharks, rays and turtles swim by. Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare is also a great choice. My daughter loves the antics of Cinderella's stepsisters, Drizella and Anastasia!
Since you will have one table-service dining plan entitlement left to use, I would also recommend any one of these restaurants (all of which are on my family's favorites list): California Grill, 'Ohana, Kona Cafe, Chefs de France and The Crystal Palace. Follow this link to the
Walt Disney World Dining Reservations page for more details on each of these dining locations and to make reservations.
Please let me know if I can assist you further with any aspect of planning your visit. It would be my pleasure to help make your "Disney time" extra magical!
