Hi, Belinda! Thanks for your follow-up question about dining in Magic Kingdom and Epcot. I would be happy to recommend some delicious dining spots in both theme parks! With just one day to tour each park, I would suggest having a quick-service lunch and then a table-service dinner each day. Be sure to make your dinner reservations in advance because the restaurants in Magic Kingdom and Epcot fill up quickly. You can make reservations online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. Since you'll be traveling with little ones, you may want to keep to your regular dinner schedule while on vacation.
At Magic Kingdom I would recommend Be Our Guest (located inside Beast's Castle) or Pinocchio Village Haus for lunch. The Crystal Palace is a great choice for dinner -- you'll enjoy a buffet with lots of variety and tableside visits by Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the Hundred Acre Wood.
At Epcot you'll find an outstanding selection of lunch entrees, sides and desserts at Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion (where Soarin' is located). For dinner I highly recommend Chip 'n Dale's Harvest Feast at The Garden Grill (also in The Land Pavilion) where you'll enjoy family-style dining and an entertaining visit from two mischievous chipmunks and other special Disney Friends.
If you'd like to view the restaurant menus in advance, just log onto the Walt Disney World Resort website; under the "Things to Do" pull-down menu at the top of the home page, simply click on "All Dining" to go to the list of individual restaurants. You will be able to customize your view by theme park and type of restaurant or dining experience.
Wishing you a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can assist you further with any aspect of planning your special "Disney time"!
