Hi Kimberly! We're so excited to go to Food&Wine fesitval in a few weeks! How long are EatToTheBeat concerts? About how early should be plan to be in line for a weekday concert? And any advice of QS locations that have sugar free or NSA desserts? Thank

    Hi, Sabrina!

Thanks for your follow-up question! It's great to hear back from you! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is one of the highlights of any fall visit to Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to really enjoy tasting all the creative small plates and specialty drinks at the Marketplace kiosks around World Showcase!

The Eat to the Beat Concerts run approximately one hour and are scheduled at 5:30, 6:45 and 8:00 PM each evening at the America Gardens Theatre. If you'd like to score a front-row seat, you'll need to get in line early (45-60 minutes prior to showtime). If, on the other hand, you'd be happy sitting anywhere in the theatre then you can queue up closer to showtime. There are some great new and returning musical acts scheduled to appear this year! The Eat to the Beat Concerts are included with your valid Epcot park admission.

So the good news is that most Walt Disney World restaurants will have a no-sugar-added dessert option, but true diabetic-friendly sugar-free desserts are a bit harder to come by. I suggest you inquire with a Cast Member at the particular quick-service dining location about the availability of sugar-free desserts. Follow this link for more information on Special Dietary Requests.

I hope this is helpful! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you prior to your upcoming visit.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
