My kids (10 & 8 yrs) loved the volcano slide at Poly. What other resorts would you recommend for having fun pools w/slides that they may enjoy for next trip? Any category hotels is fine. Also, which waterpark would you recommend for this age? Thank

    Lisa,

My kids also loved the volcano slide in the Polynesian pool when we stayed there. But where else can you go?

Most resorts in the Deluxe category have slides. Our favorites include the ones at the Grand Floridian, The Yacht and Beach Club, and the BoardWalk Inn. The one at the Wilderness Lodge is good too.

With Moderates, many have good slides, but the best is probably the collection of slides at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

As for Values, I don't believe any of them have slides.

Oh, and for massive pools, the Animal Kingdom Villas at Kidani Village has a great pool complex. Often overlooked, it is one of the biggest on property. Note that this is not accessible by regular Animal Kingdom Lodge guests, however.

As for your kids in water parks, both would be fine. But if they really like slides I think that Blizzard Beach would be a better choice. It has a great array of choices, from slow to rocket fast!

    Have a magical vacation!
