should my kids wear diapers or pull ups to the park, even if you don't normally wear them be case of huge lines the bathroom

There are lots of bathrooms at WDW. I have rarely encountered restrooms with huge lines. And, if it were in an emergency situation with a newly potty-trained child and you did encounter a restroom line, I might politely ask the other guests if you could skip ahead a bit. Nearly everyone else in the restroom will have been in a similar situation and will likely be forgiving.

That being said, you should try hard not to put yourself in an emergency situation. Have your child use the restroom before entering the park, before/after meals, before you enter a line for an attraction, etc. You will experience longer lines for restrooms (and everything else) during more crowded times of the year. You will also find longer restroom lines as show-type attractions end. For example, just after Fantasmic, the most nearby restrooms will be packed. With good planning and frequent breaks, you should be fine. But just in case, it couldn't hurt to bring a change of clothing :-)
