My kids are 10 and 13, we are taking a Western Caribbean cruise in June. What do you recommend for shore excursions? We can't decide between 7 mile Beach break and Shipwreck and Reef Snorkeling at Grand Cayman. Is Dolphin Push Pull and Swim at Cozumel good

Hi Melanni, welcome aboard! I just got back last month from an amazing 6-night sailing on the Disney Magic in the Western Caribbean and had the chance to experience some wonderful Port Adventures.

In Cozumel, I had some friends on the last cruise that absolutely loved the Dolphin Push, Pull and Swim. I'd recommend any of the dolphin swims over the "encounters". The swims are much more involved, giving you more interaction time with the dolphins than the quick encounters.

I've heard great things about 7 Mile Beach Break and the Shipwreck and Reef Snorkeling at Grand Cayman, but haven't personally done either of those. You'll just have to choose what you'd prefer.

I will throw out another suggestions for you, though. Check out the Turtle Farm adventures. Boatswain Adventure Marine Park or any of the adventures including the Turtle Farm are amazing! I think that interacting with those amazing sea turtles was probably the best Port Adventure I've ever done and I will surely go back. So, take a look!

Let me know if you have any other questions, Melanni!
