My kids are seven and eight, they didn't get to ride the Tower of Terror on our last visit to WDW a year ago. What is the age and or size restriction for that particular ride?

If you click HERE you will find a very helpful list of all of the attractions and their height requirements.  There aren't any age requirements, since the restrictions are for safety purposes only (to make sure the safety bars/straps work appropriately).

You can also find the attraction height requirements on the individual attraction pages on the Disney World web site (for example, click HERE to see details about the Tower of Terror - where you'll see that you need to be at least 40 inches tall to experience this attraction)

Regarding age, each parent needs to decide for themselves if their kids are ready for each attraction, since this varies greatly depending upon individual personalities.  Let's face it, there are some five year-olds that might love the Tower of Terror, and some 40 year-old "kids" that are scared to even think about it. ;-)
