Hi, our kids are preschoolers and use airbeds on vacation, so we often get King rooms for more floor space. Will disney give us a King Standard room for 2 kids and 2 adults?

    Hi Thuy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for stopping by to ask a question about the Guest rooms at Disney Resort Hotels.   As a visitor to the parks for the past 33 years I have been blessed to stay at every single Resort.  It's my pleasure to help answer your question today.

King Rooms at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels have a room occupancy of 2 Guests plus one child under the age of 3 in a crib.   You would not be able to book a King Room for your family of 4, which includes 2 adults and 2 children, it would be over the occupancy limit. Even if you bring an air mattress this would not be allowed.  King Bed rooms are often the same prize as Standard Rooms which include two beds that are usually Queen size.  I am sure your family would be quite happy in one.

Thuy,  if you have any other questions about lodging suggestions or any other aspect of your trip, please send them my way.   I love lending a helping hand to fellow Guests every chance I get.
