Hiya, Melanie! I'm so glad you followed the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left for you and followed it back here to planDisney!
I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a magical vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort! But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, we have to make sure you have the right
theme park tickets to enter the parks. I'd love to help – let me just grab my magic wand!
Got it! As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"
Melanie, kids who are between ages 3-9 do need a ticket when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket at this time. As you make your ticket selections and choose your date, you will then select how many adult (ages 10+) and child (ages 3-9) tickets you're purchasing. Once you have purchased your tickets and have assigned each one to a Guest, be sure that you've made your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.
If you have any other questions, please visit us again, Melanie! We'll see ya real soon!
Your Fairy Godmother in Planning,
Michelle
