Ahoy, Leslie!
In just a few months you'll be enjoying everything the Disney Fantasy has to offer while making some very special memories with your crew! The power of the pixie dust is strong at sea so I hope you're ready to be dazzled by your magical voyage.
Leslie, your littlest sailor is going to love visiting
"it's a small world" nursery! on your cruise. My son was a toddler on our first sailing and enjoyed this imaginative area when he spent time there. The hours run from around 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. each day, and reservations can be made on the Disney Cruise Line website when your Online Booking Window opens up. There is a one hour minimum charge, and your nursery fees will show up on your stateroom account during your cruise. The nursery does not offer the "Dine and Play" program like the Oceaneer Club and Lab, but you can always ask your servers to bring your two-year old's food early so he/she can go to the nursery around 9:00 p.m. We did this a couple of times when my son was younger and it worked out well. 45 minutes was plenty of time for him to eat, and we took turns walking him to the nursery since it isn't very far from the main dining venues. "it's a small world" nursery! does serve solid food, but Guests are asked to supply baby food and formula if solid foods have not been introduced yet. At this time, cooked food and food with any type of nuts are prohibited.
On the first day of your cruise, "it's a small world" nursery! will offer Open House hours from 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and then from 4:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. I suggest stopping in to speak to the Counselors with your questions. It's also a great opportunity for your Mouseketeer to become acquainted with the space.
Thank you for sending in your questions, Leslie! A Fantabulous week onboard the Disney Fantasy awaits!
Nancy
