    Do Kids have to carry their key to the world card with them on the ship?

    Ahoy, Michelle!

    On a Disney Cruise, in order for your children to gain access to your stateroom, they would need to have their Key To The World (KTTW) card with them. You can have them carry it in a lanyard around their neck, or a cute clip-on ID holder.

    If your children are Oceaneer Lab and Oceaneer Club age, 3-12, they will get a special "Mickey band" to use to check in and out of the clubs. Since an adult will need to be present to pick up the children from the clubs, they would not necessarily need to carry the KTTW card at all times, since you will have your own KTTW card. You can opt to let your older children have check-out privileges at the clubs, at which point they would most definitely need to carry their KTTW card.

    I suppose the quick answer is YES, they will need their Key To The World card MOST of the time.
