My kids would like to bring t-shirts to our breakfast at CM's to have signed by the characters. Is this possible? If so do you have any recommendations on type of marker to use and securing the shirt as the character signs. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jennifer,

I love this idea! I never thought to have their shirts signed!

First, I would not wear the shirt as I am not sure how comfortable the characters would be signing it on a child. Second, a permanent marker will work well on the shirt. Make sure to have the cap off and a thicker marker works best so the characters can grip the pen easier. (This is true of any pen used at an autograph session.)

For securing the shirt, what about clipboard or a coloring book you pack? Both can then double as entertainment for the kids while you are waiting in line. Or if you carry a touring book this would work too.

I know some of the Moms Panelists like to make their own tshirts to wear at the park. It might be an extra treat to have those signed.

I only wish you could post the pictures to the site!
